Pittsburgh Blackboard User’s Group Conference

The 2nd Annual Pittsburgh Blackboard User’s Group Conference was held on March 7 and 8, 2005 at Carlow University in the A. J. Palumbo Hall of Science and Technology.
We had over 150 attendees from 26 Pittsburgh area Colleges and Universities.
The Pittsburgh Blackboard User’s Group Members would like to thank everyone for attending the conference. We would also like to thank all the presenters and vendors for providing such rich content for all of our benefit.
The Conference Presentations are now available.
The Pittsburgh Blackboard User’s Group Conference was held for Blackboard instructors, instructional technologists, system administrators, coordinators of distance education, librarians, and educational technology administrators.
The conference offered user implementation presentations and vendor product presentations.
We are glad you participated in this informal environment where you had a chance to share ideas and experiences related to the Blackboard Learning Management System. We hope to continue fostering a regional network of mutual support and discourse dedicated to improving instruction using this educational technology.
Mark your calendars for the 3rd Annual Pittsburgh Blackboard User’s Group Conference which will be held on November 21 and 22, 2005 at Duquesne University.
