Mission
The Pittsburgh Blackboard Users Group (Pgh-Bug) was formed in April 2003 to promote collaborative opportunities and the exchange of ideas, experiences, resources, and documents relating to the instructional uses and support of Blackboard among Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania area Colleges and Universities.  The Pgh-Bug membership is comprised of instructional support and systems administrator professionals who are responsible for providing the highest level of support for the Blackboard system and its ancillary technologies for use by our respective institutions’ students, faculty, and staff users anytime and anywhere.  Acknowledging the important role online technologies play in the educational process, the Pgh-Bug membership remains committed to providing effective, efficient, and timely support to their Blackboard users.
